1. Initiation of Project Work
1.1 Once the project work has begun, and the team has been allocated, the project cannot be canceled.
1.2 In the event of project cancellation, no payments will be refunded.
2. Cancellation Procedure
2.1 Clients are required to communicate project cancellations in writing.
2.2 All project cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the project.
