We are looking for a Flutter developer who cares about the last 10%: the state transition that never flickers, the offline edge case that does not lose data, and the screen that still feels effortless on a modest device. You will work close to design and backend teams, turning product decisions into polished Android and iOS experiences.
The impact
Your work will move beyond demos. You will help ship and improve mobile products used by customers, field teams and operational staff—often where reliability matters more than novelty.
What you will own
- Own Flutter features from technical breakdown through release, monitoring and iteration.
- Translate product flows and interface designs into responsive, accessible application screens.
- Integrate REST APIs, authentication, notifications, device capabilities and third-party services.
- Design predictable state and data flows, including thoughtful loading, empty, error and offline states.
- Review code, diagnose performance issues and leave the codebase easier to understand than you found it.
- Test across devices and collaborate with QA, design and backend teammates before a feature ships.
What you bring
- Strong working knowledge of Dart, Flutter widgets, navigation, asynchronous programming and app lifecycle.
- Experience consuming APIs and turning imperfect real-world responses into resilient interfaces.
- A practical grasp of state management, Git workflows, debugging and mobile release processes.
- An eye for spacing, interaction feedback and the small details that make software feel trustworthy.
- Clear communication: you can explain a trade-off, surface a blocker early and ask a useful question.
Useful, not mandatory
- Firebase, push notifications, maps, payments or background services.
- Native Android/iOS familiarity or experience profiling app performance.
- Published apps, open-source work or a personal product you can walk us through.
