We need a visual storyteller who is equally comfortable planning a shot, working with real people and turning raw footage into an edit with rhythm. One day might be a product shoot; the next could be a founder film, a fast social reel or a library of images that gives a brand its visual language.

You will help local and growing brands look as credible as the businesses they have built. Your images and films will live across campaigns, websites, social channels and sales material—not in a forgotten content folder.
What you will own
- Turn briefs into practical shot lists, visual references and production plans.
- Photograph products, people, spaces and events with consistent composition and lighting.
- Edit short-form and longer video with purposeful pacing, colour, sound and platform-aware framing.
- Collaborate with strategists, designers and clients while protecting the idea behind the work.
- Organise, back up and hand off footage and selects so the whole team can find what it needs.
- Maintain production readiness and make smart creative decisions when time, light or location changes.
What you bring
- A portfolio or reel that shows judgment, not only equipment or effects.
- Confident camera fundamentals: exposure, lenses, composition, movement and available-light problem solving.
- Hands-on editing ability in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or an equivalent professional workflow.
- A working understanding of colour correction, clean audio, music selection and export formats.
- Comfort directing non-actors with patience and representing Crisant professionally on location.
Useful, not mandatory
- Motion graphics, simple animation or After Effects experience.
- Product styling, food photography, drone work or studio-lighting experience.
- A feel for platform-native hooks without turning every idea into the same trend.
