Project cancellations
You may cancel a project in writing at any time. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable; any advance beyond completed work is refunded within 14 working days.
Monthly services
Retainers (maintenance, social media, marketing) can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. The current billing month is non-refundable once work has begun.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, licences, and advertising spend paid to third parties on your behalf are non-refundable once purchased, as these are governed by the third parties' own terms.
