Engagements
Every project begins with a written scope and fixed quote. Work starts on advance payment as agreed in the proposal; changes to scope are quoted and agreed in writing before implementation.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the deliverables — code, designs, content and accounts created for your project. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Timelines
Timelines in proposals assume timely inputs (content, approvals, access). Delays in inputs shift delivery dates correspondingly; we'll always tell you the impact in advance.
Liability
We build carefully and warranty our work as described in each proposal. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.
