We are looking for someone who can hold the whole social picture at once: the audience, the brand voice, the monthly plan, the post going live today and what last week’s numbers are trying to say. You will bring structure to creative work and keep client accounts moving without losing their personality.
The impact
You will be the link between client context and studio execution. Good work here means a brand sounds recognisable, content ships consistently and every report leads to a sharper decision next month.
What you will own
- Build monthly content calendars around business priorities, audience behaviour and platform context.
- Write clear briefs, captions and hooks that give designers, editors and clients something useful to react to.
- Coordinate approvals, scheduling and publishing across multiple brand accounts without last-minute chaos.
- Monitor comments, messages and conversations, escalating issues with judgment and responding in the right voice.
- Read reach, retention, engagement and conversion signals; turn them into concise client-facing insights.
- Track relevant cultural and platform shifts while knowing when a trend does not belong to a brand.
What you bring
- Strong English writing and editing skills, with a sharp ear for tone and unnecessary words.
- Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube publishing and analytics.
- Enough visual judgment to brief a designer or editor and give specific, respectful feedback.
- Reliable project habits: organised files, visible deadlines, accurate follow-through and early escalation.
- Confidence speaking with clients and turning a broad request into a concrete next action.
Useful, not mandatory
- Two or more years managing social accounts in an agency or multi-brand environment.
- Canva, Meta Business Suite, social scheduling tools or paid social familiarity.
- Kannada copy or conversation skills and an understanding of Karnataka audiences.
